1. Service Provider

MUCO is operated by Golden Apex Trading Sdn Bhd. The service covers used cooking oil collection and related coordination for eligible food businesses and premises.

2. Collection Eligibility

Collection is subject to location, available schedule, minimum volume, oil condition, site accessibility and MUCO's operational acceptance.

3. Oil Condition

Customers must ensure the used cooking oil is not mixed with water, chemicals, food waste, detergent, hazardous substances or other non-oil materials.

4. Storage & Access

Customers are responsible for storing used oil safely in suitable containers and providing reasonable access for collection personnel during the agreed pickup window.

5. Schedule Changes

Pickup timing may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, operational delays, customer availability or safety considerations. MUCO will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes.

6. Records & Measurements

Collection volume, weight, photo records or other confirmation methods may be used for operational tracking. Any measurement is subject to practical site conditions.

7. Rejection of Collection

MUCO may reject collection if the oil is contaminated, unsafe to handle, inaccessible, incorrectly stored or inconsistent with the agreed service requirements.

8. Safety

Customers must keep the collection area reasonably safe. MUCO personnel may decline work where there is an immediate safety risk or unreasonable obstruction.

9. Pricing & Payment

Any purchase price, service fee, rebate or payment arrangement must be agreed separately. Prices may vary based on market conditions, volume, location and collection cost.

10. Data Use

Contact, outlet and collection information may be used for scheduling, service records, communication, reporting and customer support related to MUCO services.

11. Limitation of Liability

MUCO is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption or damages arising from incorrect information, unsuitable storage, unavailable access or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

MUCO may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means the customer accepts the revised terms.
